I would like to dynamically change the I/O Programmable Delay. What devices support it? And can it be used for all user I/O?

Dynamic Programmable Delay will be supported from Stratix III and Stratix IV devices.

The I/O pins that can use Dynamic Programmable Delay are DQ/DQS pins, so it cannot be used with other I/O pins.
