Is equalization available for SSTL-15 used for DDR3 interfaces in Stratix IV devices?

The Startix IV GX and GT have an equalizer function, but the normal I/O does not, so it cannot be used with a DDR3 interface. (Stratix IV E does not have an equalizer function)

Equalizer functionality is only supported on Transceiver Channels found in Stratix IV GX and GT devices.
