Is ALT_OCT always required when using OCT calibration?

You do not need to include the ALT_OCT megafunction in your design if you are doing OCT calibration only at device power-up.
In this case, OCT calibration occurs automatically at device startup and no special action is required from the user.
The ALT_OCT megafunction should be included in the design if the user intentionally wants to request OCT calibration.
