The transceiver block in my Stratix IV GX device is receiving data correctly, but when I look at the internal signals rx_pll_locked is not stable. Is this normal behavior?
If the rx_freqlocked signal is stable at "H" in LockToData mode, it has successfully transitioned to LockToData mode.
In this case, the rx_pll_locked signal may toggle erratically, which is normal.
