The Clock section in the Signal Configuration sets the clock for sampling, but it is recommended to select the fastest global clock in your design.
The clock set here will be the sampling clock.

If you select a low-speed clock, it is conceivable that waveforms may be lost or waveforms with incorrect signal transition points may appear.
