Quartus II Simulator using Vector Waveform File (VWF file) is desupported from Quartus II v10.0.

From now on, please use the commonly used language simulators (testbench input in Verilog-HDL or VHDL).

Altera offers ModelSim-Altera Edition (paid) and ModelSim-Altera Starter Edition (free).
It can be downloaded from the following URL, so please consider using it.
