For designs without a PLL, do I need to treat VCCA with a ferrite bead on the circuit?

If you don't use the PLL, you don't need to connect and deal with ferrite beads.
However, it is recommended to connect a ferrite bead and decoupling capacitors so that the PLL can be used.
