Which signal should I monitor to determine if the transceiver block is LTR (Lock to Reference) or LTD (Lock to Data) due to CDR (Clock Data Recovery)?
LTR and LTD can be determined by rx_freqlocked.
When the rx_freqlocked signal level is low it is LTR and when it is high it is LTD.
rx_pll_locked becomes High when it is locked to the reference input clock for RX (rx_cruclk), but it toggles randomly during LTD, so you can refer to rx_freqlocked as well as rx_pll_locked. Is good.
