I generated the transceiver block in Stratix IV GX or Arria II GX by selecting ALTGX from the MegaWizard Plug-In Manager, but there are signals such as reconfig_togxb and reconfig_fromgxb. How should this be handled?

These signals appear when the RX side is generated with ALTGX.
Separately, you need to generate ALTGX_RECONFIG with MegaWizard Plug-In Manager and connect as shown below.

ALTGX and ALTGX_RECONFIG have reconfig_togxb and reconfig_fromgxb ports, respectively, so please connect them with the same name.
