When writing to flash ROM, it has been confirmed that if the configuration mode and addressing are not as shown below, the device will not work.

・ Check the "Active parallel" column in the middle right of the Nios II Flash Programmer main screen.
・ Set the "offset" field under the "Active parallel" field to 0x20000
