Use Altera's IP "DDR SDRAM high performance Controller". Since Memory Presets does not contain the parameters of the memory device to be used, I set the parameters with Modify Parameters..., but how can I save this information?

After inputting, click the Save As button at the bottom left of the screen to save it as xml in \quartus\common\ip\altmemphy\lib\.

Once saved, it can be called with Load Preset from the next time onwards.
