There are Japanese and English versions of documents such as the Device Handbook on Altera's website, but the descriptions are different. Which is correct?

The Japanese version is a Japanese translation of the English version and may be out of date.
Therefore, when actually designing, be sure to use the latest English version.
Please use the Japanese version as a reference only.

The page where Japanese materials are posted on the Altera Web also has the following description.
(Reference URL: http://www.altera.co.jp/literature/lit-stx3.jsp)

The Japanese version of the document is a translation of the English version, and in the event of any discrepancies in content, the original will prevail.
Please use this Japanese version as a reference. When designing, please check the contents with the latest English version.
