Is there any Altera IP that can dynamically change the number of points for a variable FFT?

There is an IP called FFT.
This IP supports Variable FFT in Quartus II ver.6.1 or later.

This can be achieved by selecting “Variable Straming Mode” in the I/O Data Flow item on the FFT Megacore Function setting screen.
