There is an IP called FIR Compiler.
By selecting Band Reject Filter on this IP setting screen, it can be used as a notch filter.

The setting method is shown below.

1. From MegaWizard Plug-In Manager, select DSP ⇒ Filters ⇒ FIR
2. Click Edit Coefficient Set on the FIR Compiler setting screen.
3. Select Band Reject from the Filter Type pull-down in the Coefficients Generator Dialog window
4. Change parameters such as Cutoff Freq.1 and Cutoff Freq.2
