One way to migrate pin information is via a csv file.
■ How to output (export) pin information to a csv file
- Make Pin Planner the active window and select File menu ⇒ Export
- Enter an arbitrary file name (extension .csv) in the Export dialog Box and click the Export button
■ How to input (import) pin information from a csv file
- Quartus® Prime Assignments menu ⇒ Select Import Assignments
- Specify the csv file you want to import in the File name: field of the Import Assignments dialog Box
