Quartus II employs NativeLink integration capabilities for a seamless development flow when using EDA tools.
 
For example, when compiling on the Quartus II, it is possible to have another manufacturer's logic synthesis tool perform only the logic synthesis process, or to start and execute the simulator tool from the Quartus II.

Settings such as EDA tool options must be set in advance for each tool, but multiple tools can be operated in a series of flows, simplifying operations such as netlist interfaces.
