When designing, single pins should be used for the pins that you want to support LVDS. Then, in the Pin Planner (Assignments menu), option the I/O standard for the desired pins.

When assigning pins, assign pins on the design to P-channel pins.
The N-channel pins are automatically assigned to the pin numbers of the N-channel pins paired with the assigned P-channel pins during compilation.
