Intel: Considering DDR/DDR2/DDR3 memory interfaces in FPGA. Are there any considerations when selecting memory devices when using the High-Performace Controller?

IP

When selecting a memory device, if the memory device supports only the same frequency as the memory interface clock, problems may occur in the memory R/W on the actual machine.

For detailed combinations, refer to the URL link below.
For DDR: "1. DDR SDRAM Specifications", Table 1-1 (61/1170)
For DDR2: "2. DDR2 SDRAM Specifications", Table 2-1 (67/1170)
For DDR3: "3. DDR3 SDRAM Specifications", Table 3-1 (74/1170)

* The number enclosed in { } in the clock speed item is the corresponding chip of the memory device.
Items without { } are memory devices that support the same frequency as the clock speed.
no problem.
