No, you can't.
Supports the I/O Standard for serial transfer pins and can only be assigned to paired pins.
Differential pins and pair combinations can be checked with the Pin Planner.
Here's how.
1. Launch Pin Planner and click View ⇒ Show ⇒ Show Differential Pin Pair Connections
2. You can check by drawing a red line between the pins for the corresponding pair.
