Enter the following two signal names in the blank fields of Node Name in the All Pins window.
・termination_blk0~_rup_pad
・termination_blk0~_rdn_pad
Assign to any RUP/RDN Pad and save

After compiling, please confirm from the report that RUP and RDN are placed in the specified locations.

・Due to a web display problem, ~ (tilde) in the signal name is displayed in the upper row, but the display on Quartus II is in the middle row.
