Intel: I designed a board with an AS mode configuration circuit. Can I change the DCLK frequency in Quartus II?
If AS mode is selected, the DCLK frequency cannot be changed in Quartus II.
However, there are devices that can change the DCLK frequency by changing the MSEL pin.
Device families are listed below.
・Cyclone II
・Arria GX
・Stratix II
・Stratix II GX
40MHz or 20MHz can be selected by setting MSEL.
For the setting method, please refer to the Device HandBook of each device.
* If 40MHz is selected, the EPCS device must also support 40MHz.
