In Quartus® Prime Pro Edition 23.2, this Internal Error may occur when you compile a Cyclone® 10 GX design in an environment where only Cyclone® 10 GX is installed.
To work around this, additionally install the device support package (qdz file) for Arria® 10 devices.
This issue will be fixed in a future version.
