When I compile an Intel Agilex® 7 FPGA F-tile-only device with Quartus® Prime Pro Edition 22.3, I get:
VCCH_SDM is reported as 0.9V.
On the other hand, in documents such as AN910, it is described as 0.8V for F-tile only as shown below.
"For Intel Agilex devices with F-tile only, you must connect this sense to the VCCH rail (0.8V)."
In this case, connect VCCH_SDM = 0.8V.
