Error: invalid command name "add_sv_interface" while executing "add_sv_interface xxx yyy"

This error occurs when using Quartus® Prime Standard and Lite Editions.
Quartus® Prime Standard Edition, Lite Edition has limited support for SystemVerilog and does not support modports for Interface, hence the error.
(Pro Edition supports modport since ver.18.0.)

Therefore, please respond with a description that does not use modport.
