When loading the source file in the Files tab of Component Editor in Platform Designer,
If the Top-level File has HDL language parameters (generic description for VHDL)
The contents of the generic setting are automatically registered in the Parameters tab of the Component Editor,
Even if you change the generic value of Top-level File in the general-purpose text editor, it will not be reflected in the contents of the Parameters tab.

In that case, click the custom component registered in the System Contents tab.
Manually change the values displayed in the Parameters tab displayed in the right column (maintain the values at the time of registration).
It will be reflected by re-Generating.
