While running Analysis & Elaboration in Quartus® Prime Pro Edition 20.3, I am encountering the following Internal Error.

Internal Error: Sub-system: QHD, File: /quartus/h/qhd_state_details_sys.h, Line: 65

This is because Analysis & Elaboration was conducted with the following tools open.

Logic Lock Region Window
Chip Planner
Timing Analyzer GUI

Run Analysis & Synthesis with these tools closed.
