Intel: What does user/supplier Tp stand for in AN 353: SMT Board Assembly Process Recommendations? What is the difference between Tc and Tp?

board

user Tp = peak user temperature
supplier Tp = Represents the manufacturer's (Intel) peak temperature.

In Intel PSG, bonding is performed at a temperature higher than the specified value (Tc) as shown by Tp ≥ Tc in the table,
On the user side, this means that bonding should be performed at a temperature below the specified value (Tc), as expressed by Tp ≤ Tc.
You can safely assume that Tc and Tp represent the same thing.
