Please perform the following operations.
1. Go to Tools menu > Edit Preferences > By Name tab and expand "Source" from the Preference Item.
2. In Change Source Preference Value, which is launched by double-clicking "encoding" under "encoding", enter utf-8, shiftjis, etc. in the field
Type in the encoding style you want to apply.
3. Then open the built-in editor.
