This is possible by checking "Specify additional output clocks based on existing PLL" in the PLL Settings tab when configuring LVDS from the IP Catalog in Arria® 10 devices.
Up to 4 clocks can be added from the Number of Additional Clocks pull-down menu of Output Clocks.
Set each frequency with outclock*(pll_extra_clock*).
