Error(16185): Can't elaborate user hierarchy "<name>"
Error(16186): Can't elaborate top-level user hierarchy

Please check if the revision name for update is the module name to be replaced.
If it differs from the RTL module name replaced by the update revision, an error will occur at compile time.
