Intel: After writing a non-volatile AES key to an Arria® 10 SoC device and programming it into the configuration ROM using the jic file, configuration fails. What are the possible causes?

For 20nm devices, there are different settings during file generation for non-volatile and volatile AES keys.

Additional step for 20-nm FPGAs only: Turn on Enable volatile security key check box to encrypt the .sof file with volatile security key or turn it off to use non-volatile security key.
