For SDI TX, it is possible if you prepare 2.97Gbps (1000/1000) and 2.967Gbps (1000/1001).
The format can support SD/HD/3G with 2.97Gbps fPLL and HD/3G with 2.967Gbps fPLL.
SDI RX will support 1000/1000, 1000/1001 frame rates and SD/HD/3G formats when inputting rx_cdr_refclk/rx_core_refclk at 148.5 MHz when rx_coreclk_is_ntsc_paln=1'b0 and 148.35 MHz when rx_coreclk_is_ntsc_paln=1'b1. SDI signals can be received.
