Intel: I'm using a Cyclone® V SoC with Linux configured for QSPI boot. After changing the kernel version to a recent version (4.14.73-ltsi), read access to QSPI Flash from Linux no longer works as expected

Older versions of the QSPI Flash Controller driver implement a Read Data Cature Delay adjustment process similar to the Preloader, but the 4.14.73-ltsi driver doesn't seem to implement the adjustment process.

The new version of the driver seems to expect the Read Data Cature Delay setting value to be obtained as a parameter in the Device Tree, so the QSPI Flash device parameter in the Device Tree is set to "cdns,read-delay = <Delay value> ” and try again.
