The Intel Serial Flash Controller II (Altera Serial Flash Controller II up to 18.0) driver has a problem and needs to be fixed.
This problem has been confirmed up to Quartus® Prime Ver.18.1.
Specifically, since the Write Enable Command was not issued to the Flash before the Sector Protect took effect, it is necessary to add that process.
