Intel: What do the Recommended Speed Grades in the Arria® 10 PCI Express® User Guide mean?

Recommended Speed Grades refer to the speed grades of the FPGA core.
For example, to achieve a Gen3 x8 configuration, the Application Clock must run at 250 MHz, so you must select -1 or -2 for the Core Speed Grade.
