The Arria® V IBIS model published on Intel's web page is Ver5.0, and Tx_Jitter in the Algorithmic Model (***.ami) at that time is an optional setting.
With this in mind, if you browse the above ***.ami with HyperLynx, you can confirm that the Arria® V GX IBIS-AMI model does not include output jitter, as there is no Tx_Jitter setting.
