It is possible to invert.
Access registers inside the IP through the tx_avs_* or rx_avs_* ports.

There is register information at the link below, so please check lane_ctrl_* (* is the number of lanes) in this.
Enable/Disable of Polarity can be controlled by bit0 of the corresponding address.
