If you want to check the status of multiple EMIFs with the EMIF Toolkit, the Enable Daisy-Chaining for EMIF Debug Toolkit/On-Chip Debug Port setting must be checked for the first EMIF.
For the second and subsequent EMIFs, set EMIF Debug Toolkit/On-Chip Debug Port to Export.
