It is not possible to export Rxm_BAR of PCI Express® (PCIe) IP as it is on Platform Designer (formerly Qsys).
Slave must be connected on Platform Designer.
Once connected you will see the Size over IP.
Therefore, if you want to export, instead of exporting Rxm_BAR0 directly, you need to connect it to another component such as a pipe line bridge and then export the signal of the connected component.
