D17 illuminates when FPGA configuration fails.
Check if the configuration data has been written normally.
This phenomenon can also occur if the MSEL pins are misconfigured.
When configuring from HPS, set as follows.
SW4.4: OFF (Down) MSEL2 = 0
SW4.3: OFF (Down) MSEL1 = 0
SW4.2: OFF (Down) MSEL0 = 0
When configuring from EPCQ, set as follows.
SW4.4: OFF (Down) MSEL2 = 0
SW4.3: ON (Up) MSEL1=1
SW4.2: ON (Up) MSEL0 = 1
