Intel: I'm inputting 1.03V for VCCR_GXB and VCCT_GXB on Arria® 10, but the Fitter Report shows 0.95V. where can i change the settings?

Settings can be made in the Pin Planner or Assignment Editor.
In either case, recompile after setting and confirm that it is 1.03V on the Fitter Report.
■ For Pin Planner
- Right-click a blank area in the All Pins list and select Customized Columns
- Select VCCR_GXB/VCCT_GXB Voltage from Available Columns and click the > button
- Make sure it is added to the All Pins list and select the transceiver pin voltage you want to change (0.9=0.95V, 1.0=1.05V, 1.1=1.12V)
■ For Assignment Editor
- Register the corresponding XCVR pin name in the To column
- Select VCCR_GXB/VCCT_GXB Voltage in the Assignment Name field
- Select the appropriate XCVR pin voltage (0.9=0.95V, 1.0=1.05V, 1.1=1.12V)
