Normally, Quartus® Prime Pro Edition is paid, but Cyclone® 10 GX is available for free.
After installing and launching Quartus® Prime Pro Edition, the Evaluation Mode window will appear. Select Enter free mode with limited device family support to develop for Cyclone® 10 GX.
If you start the software in "Enter free mode with limited device family support", only Cyclone® 10 GX will be displayed as a device family option.
