Qsys supports AXI4-Stream.
AXI4-Stream signal can be selected when importing user circuit in Component Editor.

However, although connection between AXI4-Stream is possible, connection with other standards such as Avalon-ST is not possible.
If you need to connect with other standards, you need to create your own arbitration circuit.
