VCCIO4B, VCCIO4C, and VCCIO4D must be the same, but VCCIO4A can be different.
However, since the minimum voltage of VCCPD is 2.5V, mixed voltages are possible only when using VCCIO4B, VCCIO4C, and VCCIO4D at 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, etc.
