Until v15.1 of Quartus® Prime / Quartus® II, the item to set ADC Sample Rate is not displayed.
From Quartus® Prime v16.0, ADC Sample Rate setting items are displayed, so if you are using Quartus® Prime/Quartus® II up to v15.1, please upgrade the version.
