The boot source can only be switched externally (BOOTSEL).
The Hard Processor System (HPS) samples the BOOTSEL pin in the BootROM software (non-rewritable) that runs after reset release (at startup).
Since the boot source is determined at this time, multiple sources cannot be selected.
It relies on BOOTSEL until the Preloader starts, after which software can be flexible in the boot script file used for U-Boot.
