Simulation cannot control h2f_loan_io_out/oe and have it reflected in hps_io_gpio_inst_LOANIO.

If you look at the Simulation Model generated by Qsys, you can see that each signal is connected to another BFM inside the HPS IP.
Therefore, even if BFM is controlled, the control contents of h2f_loan_io_out/oe are not directly reflected in hps_io_gpio_inst_LOANIO.

At the time of simulation, it is necessary to substitute the Loan I/O part with something else (such as writing GPIO).
