I am using the MAX® V CPLD Development Kit and trying to evaluate it with the Board Test System, but the Board Test System itself does not start. What are the possible causes?

For the Board Test System that comes with the MAX® V CPLD Development Kit, please install Quartus® II v11.1 and see if the Board Test System starts.
If Quartus® II v11.1 is installed and does not start, change the environment variable settings, restart the PC, and check if the Board Test System starts.
