Selecting Skip Calibration can reduce the simulation time.
Set from Diagnostics tab ⇒ Simulation Options in IP Parameter Editor.

Note that when Skip Calibration is set, the memory initialization sequence is performed, and only the calibration time after releasing global_reset is shortened.
