Self Synchronized Link Up is the default setting for Transmitter Only or Receiver Only.
Also, it can only be used in Single Lane.

If possible, in order to ensure the timing of sending the training pattern with ctrl_tc_force_train, I think it would be good to have a mechanism that allows the device on the TX side to confirm that the Transceiver on the device on the RX side is ready. .

・Transmitter initialization sequence -> Done
・Receiver initialization sequence -> Done
・ctrl_tc_force_train -> Assert (Deassert if Receiver locks)

If you don't have such a board configuration, please estimate a certain amount of time and assert ctrl_tc_force_train as described in the documentation.
